摘要
高含硫气藏开采过程中,随温度和压力下降会发生硫沉积现象。当硫在储层岩石的孔隙喉道中沉积时,天然气的渗流通道减小,地层有效孔隙空间及渗透率降低,将影响气井的产能和经济效益。广泛调研了国内外高含硫气藏有关硫沉积的研究成果,对前人的研究作了综述。目前国内外对高含硫气藏开发过程中元素硫沉积研究得到的硫沉积预测模型简单;硫沉积的微观动力学、硫颗粒的运移规律和造成储层堵塞的机制等方面的研究都还相对较少;国内外对元素硫在多孔介质中吸附的研究较少,硫化氢和二氧化碳共存条件下硫沉积的机理还不清楚,硫的相态特征及含CO2的高含硫气藏相态变化特征认识不足。因此,高含硫气藏开发过程中需要进一步解决这些问题,这对于指导高含硫气田的开发具有重要而长远的意义。
During producing in gas reservoir with high H2S,elemental sulfur deposition may occur with descending of temperature and pressure. The paper reviewed all the research outcomes on elemental sulfur deposition in gas reservoir with high H2S at home and abroad. The predication model of sulfur deposition are simple,the research on micro-dynamics of sulfur deposition,the movement law of sulfur and mechanism of formation damage of sulfur deposition is very scarce at present. Moreover,the research on adsorption of element sulfur in porous medium is not noticed,the knowledge for phase behavior of element sulfur is very lack,and especially,the mechanism of sulfur deposition in gas reservoir with high H2S and CO2 is not clear. All the problems during producing in gas reservoir with high H2S need urgently to be researched. It is important for the development of high H2S gas reservoir.
