摘要
青海油田跃进二号东高点油田储层胶结疏松,开采过程中地层易出砂。常规酸化工艺体系因其对储层胶结物高强度容蚀性,酸化施工后油井出砂严重而不能正常生产。为了摸索疏松砂岩油藏新的解堵工艺及验证工艺适应性,文章主要介绍了自生微乳酸解堵工艺技术原理、抑制地层出砂机理、配方的确定、现场应用情况及增产效果等,所取得的成果有助于疏松砂岩地层解堵工艺体系进一步完善。
The formation of Qinghai Yuejin reservoir is loose,so that sand is produced easily during development. For the high corrodibility of conventional acidification system to binding material,formation sanding is serious,so that oil well can't produce regularly after acidization treatment. In order to resolve the problem,a new blocking removal technology suited for loose sand formation was developed. This paper introduced mainly the blocking removal principle of self-generation microemulsion acid,and the mechanism of control sand production,field application and increase production effect of the new blocking removal technology.
