摘要
在油气钻采、集输过程中,体系温度及压力发生变化时,易形成水合物堵塞管线、计量仪表等,影响油气钻采正常作业。现场一般采用注醇方法来抑制水合物的生成,对含醇和电解质混合体系下水合物生成条件的准确预测十分重要。文章基于Van der Waals和Platteeuw提出的基础模型,结合Aasberg-Peterson逸度系数模型及UNIQUAC活度系数模型,建立了含醇与电解质混合体系水合物生成条件预测模型,经实验数据验证表明,本改进模型具有一定精度。
During oil and gas drilling and transportation operation,when the system temperature and pressure make change,the hydrate will be formed which block up pipeline and metering device,it seriously affect regular oil-gas drilling and exploratory operation. The alcohol injection method commonly is used to prohibit hydrate formation. It is very important to accurately predict hydrate formation condition for mixed system containing electrolyte and alcohol. Based on Van der Waals-Platteeuw model and combined the Aasberg-Peterson fugacity coefficient model and the UNIQUAC activity coefficient model,the prediction model of hydrate formation condition for mixed system containing electrolyte and alcohol was established. This modified model can get satisfactory result by comparing experimental data.
