摘要
介绍了PROFIBUS现场总线标准和利用通信协议芯片SPC3开发的用于无轴印刷设备的PROFIBUS-DP智能从站,给出了SPC3与C8051F020单片机的硬件电路和相关的软件设计流程图,以及与软PLC主站在CODESYS软件环境下的组态及软件的调试。
This paper introduces the PROFIBUS standard and the design of PROFIBUS-DP intelligent slave based on the PROFIBUS-DP communication chip SPC3 in shaftless press equipment. The hardware interface circuit between SPC3 and C8051F020 ,the software program design flow chart and the software environment of CODESYS which is worked on soft PLC are also given. Finally, how to improve the reliability of slave practically is illustrated.
