摘要
结合皮带配料系统本身的工作原理及相关物料特性,本文提出复合式控制的算法,采用传统的PID和模糊控制算法相结合的手段,来达到控制无稳定参数模型的皮带配料系统的目的。应用实践表明,系统的抗干扰性及精度指标完全符合生产要求。
Combined with the principle of belt match-material system and the property of match-material flux, this paper proposed the coordination control algorithm. This method includes both traditional PID and the fuzzy control algorithm, and achieves the goal of controlling the unstably belt match-material system. The practice shows that the reliability and . precision of this system in full compliance with requirements of production.
