摘要
本文介绍了一种用于复杂流程工业的故障诊断实时专家系统的设计和实现。在知识库结构上采用一种多层次、多元组织结构,有利于专家知识的组织和对知识库的维护;知识表达中引入时序因素,便于对系统连续状态的考察;对专家知识的访问采用优化设计,减少了知识访问时间。综合以上因素提高了诊断的求解效率,改进了系统的实时性。本系统的工业应用实践表明,诊断效果良好,响应速度快,满足了实时诊断的要求。
This paper introduced the development and implemented of a real-time expert system for the fault diagnosis of complex fluent industry. A multi-level and muhi-mega structure is applied on the knowledge base, which is helpful to the organization of the knowledge and the maintenance of the knowledge base. Time serial factor is included in the representation of knowledge, which helps to monitor the system situation continuously. The access to expert knowledge is optimized in order to decrease the access time. All of the factors above should he integrated in order to improve the ability and efficiency of fault diagnosis and achieves a satisfying result in a given period of time. The industrial application indicates that this system achieves satisfying effect of diagnosis and fast response speed, which meet the request of real-time fault diagnosis.
