摘要
基于基因表达谱运用信息科学的方法和技术建立胃癌的分类模型,关键在于准确找出决定样本类别的一组特征基因。针对该问题在分析胃癌的基因表达谱基础上研究了胃癌特征基因选取问题。本文提出了一种新的特征基因选取方法——CLUSTER_S2N法,并用支持向量机作为分类器,以分类错误率为标准进行了胃癌的分类预测实验,实验结果表明了该方法的可行性和有效性。
This paper establish the classified model of stomach cancer with the information science method and technology based on the gene expression profiles, the key question is to find out a set of informative genes which can determine the sample sort. So the author study about how to choose the informative genes of stomach cancer based on its gene expression profiles. The paper bring forWard a new way so called CLUSTER_S2N to select informative genes, and a support vector machine is employed to classify the samples, the class forecast experiment is achieved with the criterion of classify error ratio. The result proves that the tissue samples can be classified with high correctness and the proposed approach is effective and feasible.
