自行调节式口腔矫治器治疗OSAHS患者舌骨位置变化的研究

Study on the position change of hyoid bone in OSAHS patients cured by elastic dental appliances

目的研究OSAHS患者使用自行调节式口腔矫治器中舌骨位置的变化情况。方法用X线头影测量法比较32例OSAHS患者戴用自行调节式口腔矫治器治疗前后,舌骨位置的变化情况。统计分析为配对样本t检验,由SPSS软件完成。结果舌骨垂直向位置变化有显著性,舌骨相对于眶点的水平前移有极显著性。结论下颌前移后,舌骨向前上移动的方向和距离是治疗OSAHS成功的一个观测点。

Objective To study the position change of hyoid bone in OSAHS patients cured by elastic dental appliances. Methods 32 adult patients diagnosed OSAHS were compared in a cephalometric investigation before and after the elastic dental appliances inserted. Results There was significantly change in vertical plane in the hyoid bone position and much significantly change in horizontal plane. Conclusion After submaxilla antedisplacement, direction and distance of hyoid bone is a view point of curing OSAHS patients.
