低温等离子射频消融与微波治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过与微波治疗比较,观察低温等离子射频治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的效果。方法分为低温等离子组(A组)患者54例,微波对照组(B组)40例,治疗前后进行主观VAS评分鼻塞及应用糖精试验法测定鼻腔黏膜纤毛输送率(MTR),并且在鼻内镜下观察治疗后6个月时鼻腔情况。结果MTR与VAS在治疗前两组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后6个月B组前后及两组之间比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后6个月MTR在A组前后无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后6个月在鼻内镜下观察疗效,A组治疗有效率为94.4%,B组有效率为80.0%,两者差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论低温等离子射频治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎从病人主观和客观方面均有明显效果,并对鼻黏膜纤毛无明显影响,最大限度的维持鼻腔正常的生理功能。 Objective To observe the effects plasm radiofrequency at low temperature and microwave for treatment in patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis. Methods 54 patients underwent low - temperature plasma radiofrequency (group A), and fourty patients were treated by microwave (group B). MTR and VAS were assessed before treatment, after treatment and 6 months after treatment, and nasal cavity matter were observed at 6 months under endoscope. Results The difference between group A and group B in MTR and VAS before treatment was not statistically significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). The difference of MTRs between the pre - and pest - treatment in group A was not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05 ). The difference of MTR and VAS between the pre - and post - treatment group B were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). The difference between group A and group B in MTR and VAS at 6 months after treatment were statistically significant (P 〈0.01 ). After 6 months, the effective rate in group A was 94.4%, the effective rate in group B was 80.0%. The difference of effective rate were statistically significant between two groups ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Low - temperature plasma radiofrequency has obviously effects in patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis, and has no obviously effect to nasal mucosa and sustain normal physical function of nose utmostly.
