摘要 研制了一种便携式唾液α-淀粉酶检测仪。基于丝网印刷技术制备了一次性唾液α-淀粉酶生物传感器,采用AdμC812单片机作为检测仪数据采集和处理单元。将唾液滴加在生物传感器的反应区,通过电化学反应,在生物传感器工作电极与参比电极间产生电流信号。经过变换、滤波、放大处理后,电流信号被送到AdμC812单片机的A/D转换口进行模数转换,经过相应的运算、处理后在液晶显示器上显示出测量结果。仪器能耗低,携带方便,操作简单,利用一次性唾液α-淀粉酶生物传感器即可完成全部测试过程。检测范围在60.0~840.0 U/L之间,完成一个样本检测的时间在30s内。 A portable detector has been developed for the detection of α-amylase in salvia. The disposable α-amylase biosensor is prepared based on screen printing technology and an AdμC812 single chip computer is used as data collection and processing unit. When a drop of salvia is added on the reaction region of the biosensor, the electrochemical reaction takes place. After the electric current generated between working electrode and reference electrode is transformed, filtered and amplified, it is transfered to the A/D converter of AdμC812 for A/D conversion. The final result is displayed on a liquid crystal display. The measurement range of the instrument is 60.0-840.0 U/L and the detection time is 30s per sample. The detector is simple-to-operate, portable and energy saving.
