极低出生体重儿神经行为发育的干预及随访研究

Study on impact of intervention on mental development of very low birth weight infant

目的为了降低极低出生体重儿的伤残发生率,探寻简便有效的干预方法。方法将住院的52例极低出生体重儿随机分成干预组和对照组,对干预组于生后第1天即给予早期干预及出院后的继续干预,用Gesell发育诊断量表进行评价。结果干预组于6个月和12个月时其适应性、大运动、精细动作、语言及社交5个能区的DQ值均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论对极低出生体重儿进行早期干预及出院后继续干预,可促进其未成熟脑的发育,是经济方便、切实可行的干预方法。

Objective To explore the influence of intervention on mental development of very low birth weight infant （VLB-WI）. Methods 52 cases with VLBWI were divided into interference group and comparison group. Baby in the intervention group got series of early intervention and continuous intervention. Gesell Baby Development Test was used to monitor mental development of VLBWI. Results The baby ability in the intervention group was obviously higher than the baby in the comparison group. The abilities included adaptability, limb movement and joint movement, language and social intercourse. Conclusion Early intervention and continuous intervention can improve VLBWI＇s mental development. The method is effective and economical.
