建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定氧化铝中氧化钠含量的不确定度模型,分析了影响测定结果不确定度的主要来源,并计算了各不确定度分量和合成标准不确定度。

A mathematical model is established for calculating uncertainty in the determination of sodium oxide content in alumina by ICP-AES. The main variables of uncertainty that influence the measurement results are analyzed. The uncertainties of various variables are calculated and the combined uncertainty is obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of these variables.
