摘要
系统地论述了TiC增强铁基熔覆层制备的原理,当前国内外制备该熔覆层所使用的方法以及这些方法用于熔覆层制备的情况,所制得的熔覆层存在的缺陷和改进的途径。从文献来看激光熔覆、等离子熔覆、钨极氩弧为该熔覆层主要的3种制备方法,着重介绍了这3种方法的原理以及当前的研究情况。对稀土改进熔覆层性能和质量的情况也作了描述。最后指出了当前熔覆层制备存在的问题和发展前景。
The principle of preparation of TiC reinforced Fe-based coating, several dominating methods, the situation of their used in coating preparation, the objections and improve approachs in coating praparation at home and abroad were introduced. In paticular, laser cladding, plasma cladding, tungsten-inert gas cladding were emphasized. They are mainly three preparation methods. The performance and quality of coating was improved by rare-earth oxide, which is described also. At last, the existent problems and long-term potential were pointed out.
