摘要
近年来对烧结型NdFeB永磁材料表面防护层的研究不断取得进步。概括了NdFeB的成分和相结构,系统地介绍了NdFeB永磁体防腐蚀方法,主要包括改善磁体本身性能和对磁体进行表面处理2种方法。综合分析可知:目前的表面防护措施主要存在2点不足之处,即涂层工艺操作复杂,成本高;涂层的耐腐蚀性、厚度、均匀性及结合力仍达不到预期要求。最后,针对不足,我们提出可从改善前处理工艺和开发新的涂镀工艺入手,从而获得满足生产要求的镀层性能。
In recent years, the study on surface prevention layer on sintered NdFeB permanent magnets has been improved continuously. Composition and phase structure of NdFeB was firstly introduced. Progress in research on anticorrosion of NdFeB was secondly introduced. It mainly includes reinforcing the anticorrosive ability of magnet itself and surface treatment. At present, we can see a comprehensive analysis of the surface prevention measures, and there are two main shortcomings that the operation of coating process was complicated and costly; Corrosion resistance of the coating, thickness, uniformity and bonding still did not achieve the requirements. Finally, for these shortcomings we proposed improvements that started from pre-treatment process and the development of new coating technology, then getting the coating of meeting the production requirements.
