摘要
采用反相悬浮法制备交联壳聚糖微球,再与α-酮戊二酸反应生成Schiff碱,NaBH4还原制得改性壳聚糖微球。用FT-IR、SEM和XRD进行表征,并用于吸附2,4-二硝基酚研究。考察了吸附时间、溶液pH值、2,4-二硝基酚浓度、温度、NaCl含量等因素对吸附的影响。结果表明,α-酮戊二酸改性交联壳聚糖微球对2,4-二硝基酚有较好的吸附性能,在pH为3.6时,30 min吸附量达372.2 mg/g,吸附数据符合Freundlich等温方程。
Chitosan microspheres were prepared by by reducing Schiff's bases formed from the reaction of inverse phase suspension method. The chitosan was modified α-ketoglutaric acid and chitosan. The structure of microspheres was characterized by FT-IR, SEM and XRD. The effects of adsorption conditions, such as time, pH, temperature , the concentration of 2, 4-dinitrophenol and the amount of sodium chlorind on the adsorption efficiency were investigated. The experimental result indicates that micropheres are able to adsorb 2, 4-dinitrophenol very well. In an aqueous .solution at pH 3.6, the adsorption reached to 372.2 mg/g in 30 mins. The adsorption data of 2, 4- dinitrophenol on the modified chitosan microspheres is fitted to the Freundlich isotherm.
