关于服务业统计若干问题的探讨

服务业已经成为我国国民经济重要的新增长点,但中国的服务业统计却处于严重滞后的状态,亟须探索服务业统计的理论和方法,借以建立和完善服务业统计调查制度。本文分析了目前服务业统计的问题症结及其解决思路,并澄清了有关服务业与第三产业的基本概念和整体范围问题。

Service industry has become a new increasing feature of our natural economy. But our statistics on services sector lag behind seriously. So it＇ s time to research on the statistical theory and methods of services and to establish and consummate statistical investigation system. This paper analyzes the sticking points and solving methods of the problems of services statistics at present. And it clears up the basic concepts and span-based problems of service industry and tertiary industry.
