This paper discusses the numerical method of general discontinuous boundary value problems for linear elliptic complex equation of first order.First the well posedness of general discontinuous boundary value problem is given, then this problem is reduced to a variation problem, then the numerical solution of above problem by the finite element method is found. Finally some error estimates of the foregoing numerical solution are given.
