摘要 目的总结胫骨平台骨折手术治疗的临床经验。方法手术治疗胫骨平台骨折57例,骨折类型按Schatzker分型,Ⅰ型6例,Ⅱ型19例,Ⅲ型7例,Ⅳ型13例,Ⅴ型8例,Ⅵ型4例。均切开复住、钢板内固定,骨缺损者植骨。结果57例患者均获得随访,随访13—64个月(平均23个月)。膝关节功能按Hohl评分法评定,结果优37例、良13例、可6例、差1例,优良率达87.7%。结论手术是治疗胫骨平台骨折的有效方法,保护好骨折段的生物学环境、充分植骨、可靠的内固定及有效的关节功能锻炼是提高疗效的重要手段。 Objective To evaluate the clinical experience of internal fixation of tibial plateau fi-acture.Methods Totally 57 eases (32 males,25 females) of fractures of tibia plateau were treated with internal fixation. According to Schatzker claasificaion ,there were type Ⅰ fracture 6 cases ,type Ⅱ 19eases ,typeⅢ 7eases,typeⅣ 13 cases,typeV8cases,typa Ⅵ 4cases.Results All the 57 patients were followed up for 13 months to 64 months with an average of 23 months. According to Hohl scale, the outcomes were excellent in 37 cases ,good in 13cases,moderate in 6 cases and fail in 1 cases. The excellent and good rate was 87.7% .Conclusion Surgical operation is effective methods of treating tibia plateau fracture. A good protection of the biological environment of bone, complete fracture reduction, suitable internal fixation ,and effective function rehabilitation are the significant measures for good therapeutic effect in the treatment of tibia plateau fracture.
