小儿肾病综合征与呼吸道病毒基因表达关系的研究

摘要 目的通过研究呼吸道病毒基因在激素敏感型单纯性肾病综合征患儿外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)的表达,探讨呼吸道病毒感染与其发病的关系。方法采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法,检测外周血单个核细胞呼吸道病毒基因的表达。结果32例SRSNS组患儿PBMC中有23例检测到呼吸道病毒RNA,检出的阳性率(71.9%)高于肾炎性肾病组、紫癜性肾炎及正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸道病毒确实存在于SRSNS患儿体内,呼吸道病毒感染可能为SRSNS的重要发病机制。 Objective To study gene expression of respirovirus in steroid responsive simple nephrofie syndrome, aiming to provide mere proof for the infection of respiroviruses in SRSNS.Methods The gene expression of respiroviruse was detected by RT-PCR in children with SRSNS. Results 23 out of 32 children with SRSNS at the active stage shewed positiv result revealed by RT-PCR with a positve rate of 71.9%. The positive rate of detecting vintses in the active stage group of SRSNS children was higher than that in children with nephritic nephrosis, Henoeh-Schoulein purpua nephritis and nomal controls (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The study demonatrates that raspiroviruses infection actually exists in SRSNS( active stage), this suggesting that respiroviruses infusion may be one of the triggers of SRSNS.
