糖尿病视网膜病变合并视网膜静脉阻塞55例临床分析

Clinical analysis on retinal vein obstruction in 55 patients with diabetic retinopathy retinal vein obstruction in diabetic retinopathy:a clinical analysis

目的分析糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)合并视网膜静脉阻塞(retinal vein obstruction,RVO)眼底改变及荧光素眼底血管造影(fluorescence fundus angiography,FFA)特点。方法回顾分析我院眼科55例(58只眼)糖尿病视网膜静脉阻塞的眼部眼底改变、FFA及全身情况。结果55例DR合并RVO的患者中,双眼同时发病3例,其余为单眼。其中中央静脉阻塞最多,35只(60.3%),颞上10只(17.2%),颞上鼻上4只(6.9%),颞上颞下5只(黄斑分支静脉阻塞1只,8.6%),鼻上1只,颞下2只,鼻下1只。55例中48例伴有高血压、高血脂、肾病、颈动脉狭窄等疾病。结论糖尿病并发RVO是又一特殊体征,也是严重损害视力的因素之一,要长期定时对眼底进行检查治疗。

Objective To analyze the pathological changes of ocular fundus and characteristic changes in fluorescence fundus angiography（FFA） of retinal vein obstruction（RVO） in diabetic retinopathy（DR）. Methods 55 hospitalized patiems （58eyes） were analyzed retrespectively. Analysis of the pathological changes of ocular fundus, characteristic changes in FFA and the systemic status were studied.Results Only 3 patients were involved with both eyes in all the 55 patients. Central retinal vein obstruction was the most common obstruction, in 35 eyes（60.3 % ）. Other obstruction happened respectively in superior temporal vein（ 10 eyes, 17.2% ）, both superior temporal vein and superior nasal vein（4 eyes, 6.9% ）, both superior temporal vein and inferior temporal vein（5 eyes, 8.6% ;with macular vein obstruction in I eye）, superior nasal vein（ 1 eye）, inferior temporal vein（2 eyes）, inferior nasal vein（ 1 eye）.48 patients were combined with diseases like hypertensive disease,hyperlipenfia,nephrosis, etc. Conclusion RVO is another special sign in diabetes mellitus, and a reason of visual acuity damage,which should be examined and treated regularly in long turn.
