This paper deals with the initial irregular oblique derivative problems for elliptic parabolic complex equation of secnod order in a cylindric multiply connected domain. First the uniqueness of solution for the above problems is verified and then a priori estimate of solution for the problems is given. Finally, by using the above estimates and the method of parameter extension, the solvability of the initial irregular oblique derivative problems is proved.
