The purpose of this paper is to discuss the high order singular integral operators, which was defined in D m,α (G) of W m,p (G) ,Where G is a domain of complex plane. This paper shall show that it is existed in the sence of Cauchy's principal value, and give some of its properties, example, differential formula, plemelj formula etc, and construct the representation of its dual operator.
