多层螺旋CT诊断肺隔离症9例分析

Diagnosis of multi-slice spiral CT in pulmonary sequestration(a report of 9 cases)

目的探讨多层螺旋CT对肺隔离症(Pulmonary sequestration,PS)的诊断及临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析9例经手术病理证实的PS患者的多层螺旋CT和临床表现资料,其中男6例,女3例,年龄10-45岁。9例患者中3例为健康体检者,5例表现为反复咳嗽、咳痰、不规则发热,1例为间断性胸闷并胸部疼痛。所有患者均行多层螺旋CT平扫和增强扫描,并采用血管成像技术来显示病变的供血动脉。结果9例PS患者经多层螺旋CT全部正确诊断,隔离肺在CT上表现为境界清晰的非强化包块,其供血动脉经多层螺旋CT血管成像技术均证实为来源于主动脉。结论多层螺旋CT是诊断PS的有效手段。

Objective To explore the diagnostic and clinically applicational value of multi - slice spiral CT in pulmonary sequestration. Methods Multi - slice spiral CT and clinical data of nine patients （ included males 6, females 3, aged from10 years old to 45 years old） with pulmonary sequestration were analyzed retrospectively. A- mong nine patients, three patients were in health examination, five patients were in state of cough, expectoration and irregular fever repeatedly, one patient was in state of chest distress and chest pain intermittently. All patients underwent multi - slice spiral CT plain scanning and enhancement scanning, and used CT angiography for detecting the supplying artery of pulmonary sequestration. Results All patients with pulmonary sequestration were diagnosed correctly, isolated pulmonary were expressed unenhanced mass in CT, whose supplying artery from aorta were detected by CT angiography clearly. Conclusion Multi - slice spiral CT is an effective modality in diagnosing pulmonary sequestration.
