摘要 利用方波电位法在合金镀液中电沉积锑和锑铁合金的复合镀层,并用扫描电镜进行镀层的综合性能检测.实验结果表明,在合适的电镀参数下可以镀得结合力好、晶粒细致紧密、光亮平滑、具有中等硬度和一定厚度的复合镀层.这不仅解决了锑与锑铁合金都难以镀厚的问题,而且扩大了镀层的商业实用前景. In this paper,the square wave potential method is applied to the electrodeposition of the compound plate of Sb and Sb Fe alloys from the alloy bath,and the SEM is used to detect the plate property.The result shows that the highly adherent,fine grained,smooth and bright compound plate,which has moderate hardness and proper thickness,is plated under the suitable electroplating parameter.This not only solves the problem that the thick deposits of both Sb and Sb Fe alloys cannot be plated easily,but also enlarges the commercial prospects of the plate and benefits the further exploitation of antimony element.
