摘要
报道以自制的壳聚糖为载体,戊二醛为双官能团交联剂,将纤维素酶固定化,并制成填充床式反应器.探讨了固定化后纤维素酶的活性回收率,考察了相同底物浓度,顺逆流通过反应器时的反应速度.还探讨了在不同温度、pH值、离子强度条件下反应器的酶促反应速度,以及在最佳温度,一定pH值条件下流速与反应速度的关系.
This paper deals with the method of preparation chitosan from crab shells by treating with HCl and NaOH.The conditions of cellulase immobilized on chitosan by glutaralldehyle were studied,and the packed bed reactor was made of chitosan immobilized cellulase.The reaction rates for same concentration of substrate solution passing through the reactor in different flowing direction were investigated.Then the rates in different conditions such as in different temperature、pH、ionic strength and the relationship between the rates in different flowing velocity were studied also.
