利用自行改进的方法，合成了Ｎｏｖｅｓｉｎｅ，实验结果表明，综合技术指标转化率、选择性和收率比原合成方法有显著的提高。

Synthesis of 3 butoxy 4 amino benzoic acid β diethylaminoethyl monohydrochloride Novesine has been accomplished using a novel method modified by the present researching group. The experimental results show that the synthetic targets conversion, selectivity and yield make marked enhancement, than the original syathetic method. The different influential factors were discussed.
