基于野战条件下医疗信息管理系统的研制与应用

Development and Application of the Medical Treatment Information Management System in Field Battle

目的:实现野战条件下医疗信息采集和数字化管理,包括应急医疗分队的医务人员、装备、伤员等基本信息和伤员的救治信息等。方法:将采集的伤员信息通过无线方式传送到计算机,再采用Delphi7汇编的程序对伤员信息进行管理。结果:该系统首次在大规模演练中使用,完成了百人次伤员的基本信息和救治信息的录入及管理。结论:该信息管理系统符合野战条件使用要求,为数字化管理战伤救治信息打下基础。

Objectivo To realize medical information collection and digital management in field battle and the fundamental information and cure of medical staff of emergency medical, equipment and the wounded were included in it. Methods The collecting information were transmitted to computer through wireless connection and manage the information with Delphi7 procedure. Results The system was used firstly in large-scale practice and completed the information transcription and management on elementary and cure in hundred of wounded. Conclusion The information is up to the mustard of field and it has established base on cure information in digital management.
