摘要 通过积极的改善生活方式进行代谢综合征(MS)的防治,对于生活方式干预效果欠佳及存在心血管疾病高危因素的个体,应进行有针对性的个体化治疗,从而防止或延缓Ⅱ型糖尿病及心脑血管疾病的发生和发展。
