摘要
目的通过自行设计的有氧健身操,观察对亚健康中老年女性的健身作用。方法采用改良Bruce方案功率车运动试验,观察锻炼组30例,对照组30例在运动前中后的心电变化来确定有氧健身操的最佳负荷,探讨有氧健身操对心脏功能、体重指数、脂肪百分比的影响及腰臀围之比(WHR)与运动功能的关系。结果锻炼组安静时心率明显低于对照组,最高心率及心率储备两组间差异具显著性(P<0.05),锻炼组与对照组间WHR差异也具显著性(P<0.05)。锻炼组锻炼前后血压、体重指数、脂肪百分比均有明显降低。结论锻炼对心血管系统有良好的治疗作用,有氧健身操锻炼可改善中老年女性WHR,减少腰部的脂肪堆积,降低血压、体重指数、脂肪百分比,增强运动能力。中老年女性WHR与运动能力呈负相关。
Objective To investigate the effects of aerobic exercise on the cardiac function,BMI and fat percentage and the relationship between WHR and motor function in middle and aged women.Methods The exercise group (n=30)was given physical traning using the aerobic exercise designed by authors,and control group (n=30) was not given any traning. ECG was performed before, during and after exercise.Results The resting heart rate in exercise group was less than control group.There was a significant in maximal heart rate,heart rate reserve and WHR between exercise group and control (P〈0.05).There was a significant decrease in blood pressure,BMI and fat percentage in exercise group after exercise.Conclusion There was a positive effect of exercise on cardiovascular system.The WHR in middle and aged women could be improved,the fat accumulation in lumbar could be reduced,the blood pressure,BMI,and fat percentage could be decreased and the motor function could be enhanced by aerobic exercise;there was a negative relationship between WHR and motor function.
