摘要 介绍了二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)的性质和市场概况。工业上MDI是通过光气化法生产的,对传统工艺的改进均是围绕节省能耗开展的。由于传统工艺存在光气剧毒、副产HCl对设备腐蚀严重、对环境污染大等缺点,国内外开发了三光气(BTC)法,二苯甲烷二胺(MDA)法和二苯甲烷二氨基甲酸酯(MDC)分解法等非光气法工艺,新方法具有安全无危害、无污染、反应条件温和、产品收率高等优点,代表了MDI工艺未来的发展方向。 The properties and market situations of MDI are introduced. In commercial scale, MDI is produced by phosgenation method and the improvements are all carried out surrounding energy-saving problem. The non-phosgene processes of MDI including BTC method, MDA method and MDC decomposition method are developed at home and abroad due to the disadvantages of conventional processes, in which phosgene is hypertoxic gas, co-produced HCI can corrode the equipments, environmental pollution is large, etc. The novel method represents the technology development direction of MDI in the future because of their advantages such as safety, non- pollution, gentle reaction conditions, higher product yield, etc.
