高频变压器分布电容的测量

摘要 根据串并联谐振式电容器充电电源中谐振电流正负周期的变化特点,提出一种测量分布电容的方法。该方法仅需观察充电过程中谐振电流的波形,通过比较各个时间段谐振电流的正负周期值,确定充电电流负谐振周期的最小值,根据该值即可计算出高频变压器中的分布电容值。最后通过仿真验证了这种测量分布电容方法的准确性。 On the basis of analyzing the variety characteristics of the positive and negative period of the resonant current in series-parallel capacitor charging power supply (CCPS), a method of measuring distributed capacitance is given in this paper. By observing the waveforms of resonant current while charging and comparing the positive and negative periods at different time, the minimum value of the negative period of the resonant current could be determined, which is then used to calculate the distributed capacitance in high frequency transformer. This measuring method is verified by simulation.
