介绍了降低氯化汞触媒消耗的措施。这些措施包括采用先进的控制技术和严格的管理,杜绝有毒物质对HgCl2的影响;对原料气乙炔和氯化氢采取分别脱水的工艺,以消除盐酸对氯化汞触媒的危害;低汞触媒的投用可大幅度降低触媒的消耗;新型转化器和移热方式,使合成反应得以在低温下进行,氯化汞的消耗量减少70%,单台转化器的氯乙烯产能提高十几倍,达2万~5万t/a。
The measures of consumption reduction of mercury bichloride catalyst was introduced. Including advanced control technology and strict management, HgCl2 without the influence of poison material. And the acetylene gas and hydrogen chloride adopt dehydration process respectively for stopping harm of hydrochloric acid on mercury bichloride catalyst. The consumption of catalyst was reduction with the application of low mercury. Synthesis reaction carried out in the low temperature with new type converter and heat transfer way. Consumption of mercury bichloride was reduced by 70%. Capacity of unit converter of vinyl chloride was 20- 50 kt/a ten times over these years .
