摘要
采用溶液聚合制备了一系列线形的丙烯酸羟乙酯和丙烯酸酯的共聚物,测定共聚物样品的特性粘度,用FTIR和1HNMR对共聚物进行了分析.用溶液成膜法研究了这类共聚物与酚氧树脂的共混相容性.DSC的结果显示:该共聚物仅和酚氧树脂部分相容,丙烯酸羟乙酯单元对丙烯酸甲酯与酚氧的相容性无明显影响.表明侧链导入羟基并未增加丙烯酸甲酯对酚氧树脂的氢键特殊相互作用.
A series of linear hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA) and methyl acrylate(MA) copolymers is synthesized and their intrinsic viscosity of copolymers measured. Polymerization is performed in dilute solution and the copolymers are characterized by FTIR 1H NMR sprectra. The miscibility of these copolymers with phenoxy resin is studied. DSC results show that copolymers are only partially miscible with phenoxy, and HEA units have no obvious positive influence on the miscibility of phenoxypoly(methjyl acrylate) blends.
