摘要
pH敏感型智能凝胶薄膜作为一种活性成分控释载体越来越受到人们的重视。通过天然产物壳聚糖的琥珀酰化改性,制备琥珀酰化壳聚糖膜,研究了不同酰化度琥珀酰化壳聚糖膜的溶胀动力学、pH敏感性。研究结果表明:琥珀酰化壳聚糖膜具有pH敏感性。其敏感行为表现为:随着溶液pH的逐渐增大,其发生的溶胀程度逐渐增大。在pH小于8的缓冲溶液中,发生溶胀程度较小;在pH大于8的缓冲溶液中,发生的溶胀程度较大。
As a kind of control and release material,pH-sensitive hydrogel membrane is becoming more and more important.The membrane was made by the means of N-chitosan succinate modification.And the properties and swelling kinetics of pH-sensitive hydrogel N-chitosan succinate membrane were reseached.The results showed the membrane was a kind of pH-sensitive hydrogel membrane. The swelling ratio in acid buffer solution was smaller than in basic buffering solution.And the swelling was improved with the increase of pH.
