摘要
研究了不同pH的活性炭对甜菊糖精制液甙含量的影响,结果表明:当活性炭pH<4.3时,甜菊糖精制液含甙量随活性炭pH的下降而下降;活性炭的较适pH在6~8之间。
The effect of acticarbon pH on steviol glycosides within purified solution was studied, and the results showed that the steviol glycosides within purified solution were descend while the pH of acticarbon descended ;the acticarbon more appropriate in the pH between 6-8.
