中国林蛙蛙皮肽提取工艺的研究 被引量:6

摘要 以中国林蛙的皮肤为研究对象,从中提取出一种具有抗菌作用的蛙皮肽。在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交实验筛选出提取蛙皮肽的最佳工艺条件,即甲醇浓度80%,液固比为6,提取时间24h,提取次数3次。 Taking the skin of Rana.Chensinensis as research object,an antibacterial frog skin peptide was extracted from it. The best technology conditions were obtained through orthogonal experiment based monofactorial experiment.The best technology conditions of extracting the frog skin peptide were confirmed, colonial spirit concentration was 80% ,colonial spirit volume was 6 times of the skin weight of frog,the extraction time was 24h, the extraction frecluencv was 3 times.
