摘要
主要研究紫草素的提取工艺及其抗氧化性能,选用的提取工艺有碱提酸沉、醇提、高压脉冲提取,紫草素的性能表征主要通过它的抗氧化性能来研究。
The extraction technology and antioxidant activity of purple grass element were studied through the methods of alkali extraction and acid precipitation, ethanol extraction, high-pressured pulse extraction. The performance attribute of purple grass element was studied mainly from its antioxidant activity.
