摘要 为了建立水果中赤霉素残留量的高效液相色谱检测方法,样品采用80%的甲醇提取,经液液萃取净化,以紫外检测器检测,并对该方法的准确性和精密度进行了实验,结果表明,该方法快速、灵敏度高、精密度好。方法在各浓度水平的添加回收率为82.8%~100.6%,变异系数为3.2%~4.6%,最低检出限为0.017mg/kg。我国至今尚无测定赤霉素残留量的标准方法,该方法可靠、灵敏、简便可行,为制定国家标准分析方法提供依据。 A standard analysis method of g ibberellic acid has not been established.However,it is essential to find a reliable,sensitive and simple method for the determination of gibberellic acid residue and establish a standard analysis method for gibberellic acid.The following method has been developed using high performance liquid chromatography to determine the amount of Gibberellic acid residue in fruit. The residue was extracted from samples by using eighty-percent methanol. Detection was through the use of an ultraviolet detector during the experiment.This method has turned out to be rapid, sensitive and accurate. The average recoveries were from 82.8% to 100.6% ,and variation coefficients were from 3.2%--4.6%.Limits of detection was 0.017mg/kg.
