摘要
采用快速液相色谱法测定食品中11种合成着色剂。首先用氨水溶液将样品pH调至6.0,加入1%乙腈水溶液超声提取,然后用快速液相色谱仪进行测定。检测条件:C18亚二微米色谱柱,二极管阵列检测器,乙腈/0.1mol/L乙酸铵为流动相,梯度洗脱,柱温为60℃,检测波长为410、520、650nm。在添加浓度为0.5~50mg/kg范围内,各浓度水平的添加回收平均值为81.3%~95.9%,相对标准偏差为1.94%~8.68%,11种合成着色剂的方法检出限为0.5mg/kg。该方法简便、准确、快速,能够同时检测柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红、新红、偶氮玉红、亮蓝、喹啉黄、专利蓝、赤藓红11种合成着色剂。
Eleven kinds of synthetical pigments in food were determined by rapid resolution liquid chromatography. First, adjusting the pH of sample to 6.0 by NH4 H2O, adding 1% acetonitrile and extract by ultrasonic,then detect by RRLC.The condition of determination.. C18 (grain 〈 2μm), DAD detector, the mobile was acetonitrile-0.1mol/ Lammonium alum, grads wash,the column temperature was 60℃, the wavelengths were 410,520,650nm.When the append concentration was from 0.5mg/kg to 50mg/kg,the recoveries were from 81.3% to 95.9%, and RSD% was from 1.94% to 8.68%.The limits of detection were 0.5mg/kg,The method was proved to be rapid, sensitive and accurate,it can detect Tartrazine, Amaranth, Ponceau, Sunset yellow FCF, Allura red AC, New red, Azorubine, Brilliant blue FCF,Quinoline yellow, Patent blue, Erythroseine at one time.
