中国传统合作翻译模式刍议

Reaching the Same Goal by Different Routes——On the Study of Traditional Co-translation in Chinese History

翻译模式一般分为两种:独自翻译与合作翻译。前者国内学界研究较多,后者却少有论及。然而,综观中西翻译史,合作翻译是一种常见的翻译现象,当下这种翻译模式更是具有不可替代的作用。通过选取中国传统合译模式进行研究,进一步深入探讨合作翻译模式。

There are two modes of translation： single translation and co-translation. The former has been widely studied in China; the latter is still neglected even by the researchers in the field of translation. However, co-translation, which was commonly seen both in China and western countries, plays an irreplaceable role in the present context. Therefore, it will make a deeper analysis of the traditional co-translation in Chinese history with the hope of paving a way for the further study on co-translation.
