论隋唐王朝经营高丽的策略

Research on the Sui and Tang Dynasties' Tactics to Gaoli Regime

位于朝鲜半岛的高丽,与中华有着极为密切的关系。魏晋南北朝之际,高丽侵占辽东广大地区,与中原王朝关系恶化。隋朝统一全国后,强盛的中原王朝不能容忍高丽桀骜不驯的表现。在公元六至七世纪,隋唐王朝积极展开对高丽的军事外交活动。其经营高丽的策略也发生了一系列变化,大体经历了五个阶段。隋唐王朝达到了它的战略目标,客观上推动了东北亚国际局势向好的方向发展。

Gao Li regime, located in the Korea Peninsula, had a very close relation with China. During the Wei Jin dynasties, Gao Li occupied large areas of Northeast China by force. So its relation with China became worse. After Sui dynasty unified the whole country, the strong China couldn＇t tolerate the arrogant attitude of Gao Li regime. From the sixth to seventh century, Sni and Tang dynasties actively took military and diplomatic activities towards Gao Li regime. There were also some changes in the tactics conducted to Gao Li. These changes had five stages. The Sui and Tang dynasties achieved its strategic goals. And these policies and activities objectively promoted the international situation of Northeast Asia to be turn to the good development.
