The Qing Dynasty produced the bright characteristic to govern the world by the filial piety politics. The traditional scholar colony plays the vital role in the process of governing by the filial piety. By studying the traditional character＇s biography experience of “the Jingdong first person” Shi Meng-lan, it shows the implementation and the final result of Qing Dynasty＇s filial piety.
