摘要
研究溅射富Ti-TiNi合金薄膜中的析出相及相变温度随退火温度和时间的变化规律;同时对富Ti-TiNi合金薄膜的马氏体相变温度比块村富Ti-TiNi合金及富Ni-TiNi合金薄膜低的原因进行讨论.
The present paper deals with the change regularities of the precipitated phase and phase transformation temperature with annealing temperature and time, and the reasons of the Martensite phase transformation temperature in Ti-rich TiNi alloy film being lower than those of the bulk Ti-rich TiNi alloy and the Ni-rich TiNt alloy films.
