螺虫乙酯240g/L悬浮剂高效液相色谱分析方法研究 被引量:12

摘要 本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+0.1%醋酸水溶液为流动相,使用XTerra RP18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,检测波长240nm。结果表明,该方法测得螺虫乙酯的标准偏差为0.09,变异系数为0.41%,线性相关系数为1,平均回收率为100.54%。 A method for the determination of spirotetramat SC by HPLC using a XTerra RP18 column, acetonitrile and 0.1% acetic acid as mobile phase, and DAD detector at 240 nm was introduced. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 1, the standard deviation was 0.09, the variation coefficient was 0.41%, the average recovery was 100.54%.
