宁波和谐社区建设中的社会资本考察

作为城市生活的基本单元,社区成为建设和谐社会的基础。社会资本理论对构建和谐社区具有理论和现实价值。第一,中国城市社区的社会状态与社会资本范式有不谋而合之处。第二,社会资本提倡的对社区人的社会需求和作为社区生命共同体的重视有利于减轻中国学界被理性选择范式和新古典经济学毒化过深的危险,纠正社区居民行为选择的过分理性化倾向,在社区治理研究中恢复人本主义精神。探索社会资本在宁波和谐社区构建中的作用,对于进一步加快城市社区发展、促进和谐社会建设具有重要意义。

Community, as the basic unit of city life, is the basis for building a harmonious society. Social capital theory has some theoretical and practical value on the building of a harmonious community. First, the social status of China＇s urban communities and the social capital paradigm have something in common. Secondly, the social needs of community residents advocate by social capital and the importance attached to community life will help reduce the hazards that Chinese scholars are being too much affected by a rational choice paradigm and neo-classical economics, rectify the tendency of excessive rationality in residents＇ behavior choice and restore the spirit of humanism in studies of community management. A close analysis of social capital in Ningbo＇s harmonious community building is of great significance in accelerating the development of urban communities and promoting the construction of a harmonious society.
