发展乡村旅游能增加宁波农民收入,解决农村富余劳动力就业,优化农业产业结构,改善农村基础设施,实现农村生态、社会可持续发展。宁波乡村旅游具有资源、资金、基础设施、线路和管理的自身优势,有巨大市场需求、政府重视和新农村建设的外部机遇,但也存在竞争激烈、缺乏统一规划,多数知名度低的劣势和外部威胁。因此,应协调规划、创新产品、加强营销,建立政策、资金、人才、环保等可持续发展保障机制。

The development of rural tourism can increase income of the peasants in Ningbo, solve the unemployment problems in rural areas, optimize the structure, of agriculture, improve the rural infrastructure and ensure the continual development of the rural ecology and society. The development of the rural tourism in Ningho hoasts some favorable conditions in terms of natural resources, development funds, infrastructure, routes and management skills, and it can also he backed by such external factors as a huge market demand, much importance to it by the gove.rnment and the development of the New Rural Construction Movement. However, it is faced such obstacles and challenges as cut-throat eompetition, lack of unified planning and insufficiency of famous rural landscapes in Ningho. Therefore, it is imperative to develop an unified plan, innovate tourist products, strengthen tourist marketing and establish a security mechanism for sustainable development in terms of policies, funds, talents and environmental conservation.
