摘要
设计并用化学方法合成了针对烟草花叶病毒RNA的核酶Rz-1及Rz-1小型化的核酶Rz-2以及它们的底物RNA片段Sb.研究了两种核酶对底物Sb的体外催化活性,并把核酸Rz-1与生物合成的相同组成的核酶Rz-1’进行了比较试验.
The ribozyme Rz-1,minimized ribozyme Rz-2 which was modified from Rz-1 and their substrate Sb,a target RNA fragment of tobacco mosaic virus were designed and synthesized by chemical method. The results indicated that both the Rz-1 and Rz-2 showed cleaving activities on their substrates in vitro. The cleaving activity of ribozyme Rz-1 was also compared with that of ribozyme Rz-1' which was synthesized by transcription.
