复合乳酸菌胶囊治疗轮状病毒肠炎临床疗效观察

The Effects of Lactobacillus Complex Capsules on Childern with Rotaviral Enteritis

目的：探讨复合乳酸菌胶囊对轮状病毒肠炎的疗效。方法：我院2007年1月-2008年1月住院轮状病毒肠炎患儿160例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例。治疗组在一般治疗基础上，给予复合乳酸菌胶囊治疗，比较两组有效率、止泻时间和住院时间。结果：治疗组显效率70．0％，对照组为35．0％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（X^2=19．65，P〈0．01）。治疗组平均止泻时间（2．9±1．2）d，平均住院时间（5．6±1．8）d，对照组平均止泻时间（4．1±1．5）d，平均住院时间（8．7±2．5）d，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（u=5．58及9．00，P均〈0．01）。结论：复合乳酸菌胶囊对轮状病毒肠炎显效快，止泻效果好，无明显不良反应。

Objective ：To study the effects of lactobacillus complex capusels on children with rotaviral enetritis. Methods： One hundred and sixty cases of inpatients from 2007 - 2008 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. Based on the conventional therapy, the treatment group was given lactobacillus complex capusels. And the two groups were compared in their therapeutic effects and the duration of hospitalization and the stopping of diarrhea. Results ： The efficacious rates was 70.0 % in the treatment group, higher than that in the control group （ 35.0 % ） , the difference was significant between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The days of hospitalization and to diarrhea stopping were （ 5.6 ± 1.8） d and （ 2.9±1.2 ） d in the treatment group respectively, shorter than that in the control group （ 8.7 ± 2.5 ） d and （4.7 ±1.5 ） d, and the difference between the two groups was also significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： The lactobacillus complex capsules have a fast effect on rotaviral enteritis and could shorten the diarrheal duration. There is no adverse effect observed.
