冬季两项运动员心理技能训练方法的研究与实施

Research and Implement on the Method of Mental Training of Biathlon Athlete

实践证明,心理素质的好坏是影响冬季两项运动员射击成绩的主要因素。比赛中,如不能有效排除各种心理障碍,就很难取得好的成绩。通过对我国冬季两项运动员的心理能力进行调查,分析了我国男、女运动员心理能力现存的问题,指出了影响我国冬季两项运动员成绩的主要心理因素,并提出了相应的对策和建议,为提高我国冬季两项运动成绩提供可靠有效的依据。

It is practiced that mental diathesis is primary factor to influence shooting achievement of biathlon athlete. In the competition, if athlete can＇t eliminate all kinds of mental ohstacles, he can hardly get good achievement. The author investigates mental abilities of biathlon athlete. According to analyzing the situation of mental ability of Chinese male and female athlete and pointing out the main mental factors of influencing Chinese biathlon athlete. At the same time, the author provides countermeasures and suggestions to improve Chinese biathlon achievement.
