摘要
随着竞技动作的难度和强度加大,在训练和比赛中随之而来的运动损伤的患病率也越来越高。文章以生物力学分析方法综述足部跖骨的运动损伤机理。当骨骼所能承受的应力超出弹性范围,骨内就会发生微骨折。由于运动员的负荷量和负荷强度不断加大,极易产生微损伤,其长时间积累导致骨折。利用生物力学方法预防运动损伤,并提高从事高强度、持久性、高频率运动人群的运动安全意识,为改进运动装备对人体的防护功能提供生物力学理论依据。
With the increase of the difficulty and intensity on competitive movement, the rate of sport injury will become very high in training and competing. By analyzing the hiomechanics of metatarsal sport injury, this article sums up materials at home anti abroad every year nearby. When skeleton bears the stresses that exceed the range of elasticity, bones may he occurred tiny fractures. Athletes bear increasing load quantity anti intensity continuously. For a long time, bones may be fracture. The purpose is to improve the consciousness of safety for people that will be engaged in movement of high intensity, and provide the reliable correlative theoretical basis for improving sport equipments.
